By accessing or using this website, creating an account, purchasing a Licence, enrolling in our courses, downloading Licensed Resources or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Licensed Resources means the digital educational resources, lessons, worksheets, videos, books, courses, downloads and other content made available by My Life Rulz under a valid Digital Product Licence Agreement.

We provide educational resources, digital content, online courses, workshops, school programmes and related educational services. Access to many of our digital resources is provided under licence rather than by transfer of ownership.

All products, content and materials are protected by intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a Licence grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Licensed Resources in accordance with the applicable Digital Product Licence Agreement.

Our resources, courses, workshops and educational materials are provided for educational and personal development purposes only. They are not intended to replace professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal or other professional advice, diagnosis or treatment.

You should seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional regarding your own circumstances.

Some areas of our website require you to create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Applicable taxes, including GST where required, will be identified during the purchase process.

Because many of our Licensed Resources and online services become immediately accessible after purchase, refunds are generally not available where you simply change your mind after access has been provided.

Unless otherwise stated, the intellectual property rights in our products are owned by or licensed to Paraclete Productions Pty Ltd. Certain materials are used under licence from David J Riddell, Nelson, New Zealand (trading as Living Wisdom).

• share downloadable files outside the scope of your licence
• remove copyright notices
• reverse engineer our digital products
• use our materials for unlawful purposes
• attempt to circumvent licence restrictions or access controls.

While we aim to keep our website available at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may, at any time and where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance or business operations, update, modify, suspend or discontinue any part of this website, the Licensed Resources or our services.

If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the Digital Product Licence Agreement, the Digital Product Licence Agreement will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency in relation to the use of Licensed Resources.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to provide services where caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, cyber attacks, government actions or other unforeseen circumstances.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue in full force and effect.
